App vs. Browser: Which Should You Use?
Our agb app (Android APK) offers native performance: faster load times, offline access to your account history, and push notifications for live-match updates and withdrawal alerts. The app caches your recent bets and account balance locally, so you can view them even without internet. Browser access (iOS or desktop) works just as well for betting and withdrawals, but requires an active connection and doesn't send push notifications. Choose the app if you want speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer not to install software or use iOS.
Device Compatibility for agb
Our agb app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones from 2016 onwards meet this requirement. For iOS, our browser version works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 12 or later. If your device is older, you can still access agb via desktop web browser. We don't support Windows Phone or other legacy platforms. If you're unsure whether your device is compatible, contact our support team via the Help section in your account.
Common Installation Issues & Solutions
If you see "Unknown sources not enabled" when installing the agb APK, go to Settings → Security and toggle Unknown Sources on. If installation fails midway, delete the partial APK from Downloads and try again. If the app crashes on launch, clear your device cache (Settings → Apps → agb → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. If you see a certificate warning on iOS browser, this is normal—tap "Continue" to proceed. Our SSL certificate is valid and secure. If you can't log in after installation, check that your email and password are correct, or use the password-reset link on the login screen.
Data, Permissions & Account Security on agb
Our agb app requests permission to send notifications (for match updates and withdrawals) and access your device's storage (to cache your account data locally). We don't request access to your contacts, camera, or location. Your login credentials are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Your account balance and transaction history are stored on our secure servers, not on your phone. If you uninstall the app, your account remains active—simply reinstall and log in to resume. If you lose your phone, log into agb from another device and change your password immediately. You can also remotely log out all sessions from your account settings.
We at agb encrypt your login in transit and never store your password in plain text. Your account is yours alone—only you can access it with your credentials.
